As a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, I am able to help you learn more about how trauma impacts your daily life and how to heal from recent and past traumas. My work also focuses on treating painful anxiety, shame, depression, relationship difficulties, pregnancy-related issues, birth or medical trauma, post-partum depression, & post-partum anxiety.
In session, we'll examine your Backstory (how you got here), your Biography (how your family connections shape your perspectives), and then discuss how trauma impacts our Biology and our Behaviors.
