We are a trauma-trained practice and will focus on healing unresolved trauma and limiting beliefs in order to unlock your potential. With compassion, we will serve as mirrors and help show what might be getting in your way. Bright Potential has therapists who share what we see compassionately, yet directly.
We offer various methodologies based in trauma treatment, EMDR, perinatal, CBT, and a person-centered approach. We are so excited to connect with you, and we work with adults and adolescents for in person or telehealth if you want to work from the convenience of your home.
