My ideal client is someone experiencing acute behavioral health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, or a crisis situation that disrupts their daily functioning. They may be overwhelmed by external stressors—such as work, relationships, or trauma—or they may be dealing with chronic mental health issues that have resurfaced due to a triggering event. Their issues often stem from a combination of internal struggles, like low self-worth or unprocessed trauma, and external/systemic pressures, such as social isolation or lack of access to adequate mental health care.
As a clinician with extensive experience in crisis intervention, I am adept at providing rapid assessments to identify the immediate needs of my clients, followed by tailored therapeutic interventions that prioritize safety, stabilization, and emotional support. My goal is to help clients regain control of their lives and feel supported.
