It is important to me to build trust and rapport with my clients. I will provide a safe, warm, non-judgmental, and supportive environment where we can explore your struggles and challenges. My goal as a counselor is to facilitate my clients healing and guide them through their life journeys. My treatment approaches are Person-Centered, Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), and an Eclectic approach pulling from other theories. I believe each client is unique so I will work with you to create goals and provide you with techniques and tools customed to meet your specific needs.
As a counselor, I help my clients develop coping skills, manage stress, build confidence, and overcome trauma and anxiety. I have my Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from Stockton University. I have two years of experience working with teens and adults in an individual and group counseling environment.
