I am on maternity leave through July 2024. Life is hard, but we don't have to do hard things alone. I have ten years in the mental health field working with trauma, anxiety and depression, substance use and life transitions. My approach is a trauma informed, compassionate and collaborative relationship using tools from Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and EMDR.
Therapy is a collaborative partnership. The most important part of therapy is the relationship, and it is important to me to create a safe and compassionate environment for folks to build self awareness and space for healing.
