When I work with clients, I employ evidenced-based treatment including cognitive-behavioral therapy, crisis-intervention, bereavement counseling, Solution-Focused Brief therapy and spiritual counseling.
One specialty is Substance Abuse. I utilize a comprehensive recovery program to help people overcome their addiction. Another specialty is Anxiety because I've been there. I created an Anxiety program that has helped many clients conquer panic; manage anxiety; and regain passion back for life.
