I enjoy working with diverse clients on issues of depression, anxiety (especially OCD and Panic Disorder), ADHD, relational issues, trauma, as well as sexual orientation and gender identity issues. I am committed to providing a safe and secure environment in which we can develop a trusting, unconditional, and genuine relationship, in which I can help you direct your own resources and strengths toward health and healing.
My approach to therapy is an integration of Self- Psychology, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Humanistic Psychology, Attachment Theory and contemporary trauma theory. I offer individual, couples, and group therapy. I have extensive training in trauma treatment (including EMDR), as well as suicide assessment and prevention education and training.
