I'm deeply committed to helping individuals navigate their healing process through self-reflection and awareness. I work collaboratively with clients to enhance interpersonal relationships, find balance, overcome stagnancy, and improve their perception of self and others. My areas of focus are trauma, anxiety, depression, PTSD, healthy relationships, emotional regulation, chronic illness, faith crises, burnout, and existential dread.
For the past five years, I have been a peer supporter for the University of Utah Burn Center. Through providing support for trauma survivors, I have recognized how deeply emotional and psychological wounds can run. I’ve learned that every survivor’s experience is unique, and how to listen and honor where they are in their healing process.
Before pursuing a social work degree, I spent over 15 years addressing social/environmental inequities and the climate crisis. I am acutely aware of the toll these difficult issues take on our mental health and my goal as a therapist is to support people in dealing with the disconnection, anxiety, and grief that comes with navigating these uncertain times.
