Then with compassion and assertiveness help those change or continue their story. I have familiarity working with adults, individuals with chronic illnesses, first responders, teenagers with chronic illness, SPMI population, trauma, complex trauma, depression, anxiety, support during life transitions, chronic illnesses, individuals with dual diagnosis (not in active use), relationship upset, emotional dysregulation and stress management.
I have worked in the mental health field since 2004 and as a therapist since 2014. My training also includes EMDR. In session, the treatment approach and focus will be on EMDR, strength based, cognitive behavioral, cognitive processing, dialectical behavioral, person centered, solution focused, and motivational interviewing therapy approaches.
