In my practice I apply a trauma informed lens to give space to the connection between the brain and the body as well as the impact trauma has on the way one moves through the world. As a social worker, I recognize life as a constant changing landscape both internally and externally. Throughout my clinical and academic experience, I was drawn to understanding people across the lifespan, landing me in my specialization track focused on children and family.
