I believe that good therapy can provide a renewed sense of hope and purpose in today’s world. I am passionate about helping people make positive, meaningful changes in their lives. I provide a safe and empowering space as I listen to your story and then together we create the path that leads to improved self-love, acceptance, healing, contentment, and purposeful living. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) and enjoy utilizing this treatment modality in helping clients who desire to heal from trauma and/or various limiting, negative core beliefs about self.
I currently specialize in work with adult women and couples. I consider myself a lifetime learner and strive to provide safe, ethical care to clients. I am a wife and mother and when I am not working, I enjoy time with my family, movies, board games, outdoors, travel, learning about nutrition, and listening to positive, encouraging music.
