Finding a therapist who can listen, offer guidance, and meet your needs is no small task, but an important one. People seek out therapy for a wide variety of reasons but I believe that at the core most people are looking for a place to be heard and figure out how to be their best self. Whether you are a child, teen, or adult, I will use age-appropriate interventions to help guide you to explore your own strengths and engage in self-assessment in order to figure out how to do that in a way that is true and authentic to who you are and who you want to be.
Drawing from a diverse array of educational, career, and life experiences, I use a blend of therapy approaches to support individuals in a whole-person, strength-based way. I believe that therapy is a great way to find non-biased, open support and guidance on your journey to being your best, truest self.
I believe that everyone has a unique and special story and that each story deserves to be heard when the storyteller is ready. No story is too big or too small and I am happy to help you find the best ways to find happiness and fulfillment with your story.
