Groups
Teen & Middle School Support Groups- Summer Groups
Teens today are struggling with many pressures; their identity, self-worth, decision making, and how to navigate through friendships and the future. They need a supportive space where they can be themselves, reduce shame, and know they aren't alone. Our Group's focus is on Mindfulness & Building Connections & offers a space for teens to connect, give & receive support from other teens navigating similar struggles while gaining practical mindfulness tools to aid in moving through the challenges that often come with this confusing time in development.

Restorative Yoga
Restorative Yoga is a slow, passive, & therapeutic-style of yoga. No previous yoga experience is required, and the practice involves setting up over a series of poses using supportive props to stimulate deep relaxation & the body's natural healing process. The idea behind the practice is that the more the body is supported and held, the more we can truly let go and experience deep healing on a cellular level. This class gives you a chance to reconnect with you body and honor our true nature of being, not as a reward to be earned but as our human birthright.
