I specialize in helping women of all ages and moms who are struggling with managing their stress and mental load so that they can stop feeling a loss of control, let go of perfectionism and get back to enjoying the life they have created.
My goal is to provide a warm and collaborative environment so we can work together to identify and address any issues that may be preventing you from reaching your goals. To do this, I draw upon a variety of techniques and strive to get to know each of my clients as an individual, so that we can tailor our time together to fit your needs.
