I have experience working with presenting concerns including life transitions, anxiety, depression, and low self-esteem. I have experience working with adolescents in residential treatment settings, as well as counseling kids, teenagers, and young adults, but I welcome clients of all ages.
I am a third-year master’s student at George Washington University in their Clinical Mental Health Counseling program and a student clinician at New Hope Counseling Group. I primarily operate from a Gestalt perspective by emphasizing self-awareness and mindfulness but utilize a diverse set of therapeutic tools to address a variety of concerns.
