We can all struggle with stressors at certain times and/or throughout our lives. My goal is to give you the space to explore freely about any problems, issues or concerns along with the successes that you are experiencing. Together we will then identify possible ways to better cope with the challenges life can throw at us.
I see children, adolescents, and adults for individual, family, and couples therapy. I help support people with a variety of issues including ADHD, anxiety, depression, and family relationship issues. I also have training to support adults with MS through the National MS Society. I often use CBT in my therapeutic practice.
Navigating the logistical and financial aspects of therapy can be a challenge. I offer some evening and weekend appointments. A sliding scale fee arrangement might be available as well, if you qualify. Please call or email for a free consultation today.
