I am a nonbinary psychotherapist working with adults with anxiety, ADHD, gender and sexuality exploration, low self-worth, trauma and sexual assault histories, and much more. You can expect a session with me to be tailored to your specific needs. This can include growing your awareness of your bodily sensations, thoughts, and emotions to gain more choices around your reactions to life and life’s stressors. I love helping clients nurture deep and compassionate connections with themselves, even parts of themselves that may feel shameful or that they may have struggled to find kindness towards in the past.
My work is informed by Internal Family Systems, Somatic modalities, DBT, and Motivational Interviewing. I hold specialized experience working with the LGBTQIA+ community and the substance use recovery community.
