I value the importance of the therapeutic relationship and believe that the therapeutic rapport between a counselor and client is crucial.
I have experience working with children, teens, and adults needing support coping with anxiety, depression, ADHD, emotional regulation, family changes, trauma, abuse, self- image, boundaries, grief, relational challenges, etc. As a former school counselor, I have worked with children and parents and I understand the school setting.
