My goal is to help assist you in your journey of discovering ways to cope and manage your mental health with respect, kindness, and warmth. My specialty lies in the treatment of OCD & anxiety-related disorders/phobias as well as Depression, & Trauma. I am intensively trained in providing Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR), Exposure & Response Prevention (ERP), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), & Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I also provide supervision to other clinicians.
