Above all, I hope to create a safe space for those who need it. The stress of life, the changes we experience, and the things that happen to us, can make safe spaces difficult to access. No matter the age of the client or walk of life we come from, we each have unique value and the potential of moving towards healing and growth in the right conditions.
As a counselor, I believe it's my calling to help create those conditions, where you and those impacted by your life can flourish. A place where you can learn to accept and honor your emotions, where you can identify the parts of your story that have shaped who you are today, and where you can feel supported and authentically seen as we journey together.
I enjoy working across the lifespan, from utilizing Child-Centered Play Therapy with children to working from a Person-Centered Focus with adults. I'd love the opportunity to bear witness to your story, whatever it is, and work together towards the life you want to create.
