If you may feel hesitant or nervous about going to therapy for the first time, or the process of healing, I may be the counselor for you. I go at your pace and will never judge you. I always have your best interest in mind, guiding the process.
I have a unique blend of experience in education and mental health counseling. I work well with all ages. With children, I love practicing child centered play therapy, giving kids a space to have autonomy and play out their issues. With teens and adults, my therapeutic orientation centers around restructuring thinking patterns and stress reduction.
Going to therapy doesn't mean you're "crazy" or "messed up." It means you are someone is actively working on themselves alongside a mental health professional. We can walk through this together, and get you in your ideal place of peace and healing.
