My Name is Brianna Boffoli and I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in MA with 10 years of experience. My practice is geared towards working with adults, adolescents and couples who are navigating challenges in their lives and seeking productive change to find healthier, more fulfilling paths forward. I believe that our minds can sometimes work against us, creating barriers to growth and well-being. As a provider, it is my responsibility to challenge these limiting beliefs and guide clients toward healthier, more positive perspectives.
I typically work with clients who are dealing with anxiety, depression, emotional eating and weight loss challenges, life stressors, and self-esteem issues. I focus on identifying and leveraging each client's strengths to empower and guide their treatment. This approach allows me to help clients build resilience and achieve lasting positive change.
I chose to become a therapist because I truly believe it's my purpose in life. Helping others is deeply fulfilling for me, and I feel a strong calling to give back in this way. I’ve always had a natural ability to make people feel comfortable, even from the very first conversation, and I believe it's important for people to feel safe and not judged.
