Hey there! To get right to it: I’m a warm, compassionate therapist who will walk alongside you as we work to create the most balanced version of yourself. I believe therapy is a partnership, and while I know you are the expert in your own life, my role is to help make you aware of some of your blindspots, provide another perspective, and offer suggestions. As your partner, I’ll also be there to celebrate every win along the way. I plan to bring authenticity, non-judgment and understanding into every session in the hopes of helping you discover that the peace, happiness and strength you’re seeking have been within you all along.
I utilize a person-centered style with clients to address concerns related to anxiety, relationship issues, and life transitions, as well as depression, low self-esteem, and issues related to substance abuse/recovery. My therapeutic approach is fairly eclectic, pulling from a few different modalities in an effort to best fit each client’s specific needs.
