My name is Brianna and I am a therapist in Washington State. Therapy is an opportunity to engage in self-exploration in a world that can commonly feel uncertain and grey. No matter what age, it can be hard to manage life stressors and cope with daily challenges, which is why building a strong therapeutic relationship is so important. As a therapist, it is my goal to create a safe space for you to build upon self-awareness in order to find the best version of you.
I utilize my education and experience to support and collaborate with my clients to recover from anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship conflict, parenting struggles, stress, and anger management. My therapeutic approach encourages my clients to tell their story, while my job is to help uncover the parts that seem unclear to find solutions.
