I integrate client-centered therapy with emphases of acceptance and emotional awareness. Sessions prioritize you as the expert on your experiences. My clinical specialties include ADHD, relational conflict, identity work, and substance misuse. I can also support you as you navigate non-monogamy, and body image work (with a focus on health at every size).
