I have experience in helping clients with ADHD, stress, anxiety, relationship issues, trauma, postpartum issues, academic issues, parenting issues, & depression and much more of all ages, genders and backgrounds. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process. I work with individuals, couples and families through telehealth (video and/or phone).
In addition to working with client's, I love supervising new clinicians on their way to licensure. I have been a Clinical Supervisor for over two years supervising APCC's, ACSW and AMFT's.
