I am hoping to work with anyone who is actively working to change their life for the better. My goal is to help you to alleviate symptoms of substance abuse, anxiety, trauma, depression, social skills, lack of focus, and inability to trust. Among other groups, I have experience as an LPC supervisor, working with professionals and adults, and transitional age youth who are bridging the gap between childhood and adulthood. I want to engage with the self-improvement potential in all clients/couples/families with whom I work.
I have been providing individual, couples, family, parenting, and group therapy for over 15 years with a diverse group of clients. It is important to me to take a holistic approach to address your needs. I will use a multi-modal, evidence based approach in my work. I am certified in several different specialty areas.
