I help adults and adolescents struggling with social anxiety, performance anxiety, and anxiety disorders, as well as problem relationships, to find a way to make a peaceful home in themselves using mindful awareness, emotion regulation skills, behavior experiments, and authentic narrative-building. Real connection to others naturally follows.
I also provide in-person Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy in partnership with Journey Clinical to help clients heal from treatment-resistant depression, anxiety, and PTSD. A common anesthetic, Ketamine creates a mildly euphoric state to navigate your troubles without all the suffering, which you can then reference to see yourself and your world differently.
