Brian Mullan is a Licensed Professional Counselor with almost 10 years of experience in the mental wellness field. Brian utilizes DBT-informed techniques, mindfulness-based stress reduction, acceptance and commitment therapy, and exposure and response prevention (ERP) techniques. Each therapeutic intervention style is utilized through a multicultural and feminist lens and is tailored to meet the unique needs of the individual client.
