Hi. I’m Brian Mason, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker from Illinois. I provide individuals with talk therapy over the Internet. Most often sessions occur weekly for 50 to 60 minutes. I’ve been working in mental health for 30-plus years. My expertise is in anxiety. depression, ADHD, trauma, abuse, loss, family conflict, self-esteem, school/work issues, procrastination, anger, and a little bit of addiction/substance use. I am an LGBTQ ally. I have worked in outpatient, hospitals, and residential programs.
My goal is to help you talk through the issues that are troubling you while providing an emotionally safe place in which to process. Hopefully, over time, your inner conflicts will heal to the point that they don’t intrude on everyday life (or their effects are considerably reduced).
