As a Marriage and Family Therapist serving the Barberton and Akron area, my priority is to guide you through challenges within a compassionate environment. I work with couples and families to help enhance your quality of life. With a deep commitment to couples and family counseling, my main focus as your therapist is to facilitate the processing of emotions and thoughts in a secure space, ensuring you leave our sessions feeling fulfilled. Embracing neurodiversity, I take pride in assisting clients as they navigate the complexities of life.
I use an attachment-based approach focused on emotions and experiences in the therapy space to promote growth. Therapy looks different for everyone; I combine evidence-based practice with your unique circumstances for an effective experience. Some techniques I use are from DBT, Emotion Focused (EFT), Play Therapy, experiential & client-centered therapy.
