I am a private practice licensed mental health counselor serving clients in and around New York City, as well as online. I use a variety of approaches to address clients’ unique needs. Many successful treatment plans will utilize a foundation of cognitive/cognitive-behavioral, existential/humanistic, family systems, gestalt, integrative, jungian, multicultural therapy then quickly move toward a tailored treatment plan that includes tools to help sustain growth.
There is a growing body of research that supports the practice of self-compassion and mindfulness. Neuroscience research reveals individuals that practice these techniques are happier, more resilient, and able to heal. My goal is to guide my clients move past what’s blocking them from reaching their full potential individually and in their relationships.
