Welcome to my Psychology Today profile! My goal, as a therapist, is to create a safe and supportive environment where you can explore your emotions, behaviors, and experiences in life. My passion in my therapy work centers around helping people navigate the challenges of living with Adult ADHD, Anxiety, CPTSD, Trauma, Codependency, and Communication/trust issues in relationships. I also have had success in treating erectile dysfunction concerns. My approach is grounded in evidence-based practices, but I also recognize the importance of tailoring treatment to each individual's specific needs and values.
I believe that we all want to be our best selves, but sometimes there are barriers that get in the way from achieving that. My approach is to encourage, support, and empower you. I do this in a way that is warm, safe, and sometimes direct, to empower you to face these struggles and make sure that you are not getting in our own way of being truly happy.
I am currently accepting clients and with flexible day & late evening hours, there is no better time to start, than now. I understand that seeking therapy can be a vulnerable and courageous step and as a black male therapist, I prioritize creating a space that is affirming, safe, and non-judgmental to clients of all backgrounds.

Breaking Free from Codependency Therapy Support
A support group created to help heal and recover from the unhealthy emotional attachment and psychological dependency of family and friends. This group is about sharing, learning, and getting the support needed to feel empowered to set healthy boundaries and to take ownership of your life. You yearn for healthy and meaningful relationships and this group will help provide the tools needed to get there. You are not alone. The group meets virtually. Screening fee is $25 and Group is $25 weekly or $10 weekly for current clients of the therapist.
