As a therapist who lives with ADHD and a mood disorder, I believe it's my duty to walk alongside others as they work to manage the roller coaster of life. Believe me...it's possible. My work with clients centers around the belief that we all possess the strengths necessary to navigate life’s struggles. I believe it is vital to provide an atmosphere of unconditional positive regard, empathic understanding, and authenticity for each person that I am fortunate to work with here. I primarily utilize acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), client-centered, mindfulness, and strengths-based approaches in my practice. My primary areas of clinical focus include ADHD, neurodivergence, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and men’s issues. ENM/polyam competent.
