Thank you for considering me for therapy! I believe that behind every issue I treat is a person worthy of healing with their own story to tell. I am here to help whether your problems stem from ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Oppositional Defiance Disorder, behavioral addictions (such as technology/video games) or even just the problems that life throws at you such as sports performance anxieties, men's issues, academic concerns, or health and wellness challenges. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, an ADHD Certified Clinical Services Provider, and licensed school social worker. To address your concerns, I use effective, evidence-based treatments such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Parts Work, and other coping strategies.
