I have been an independently licensed clinician since 2004, and have worked in a variety of settings and with a number of different populations for over 25 years. While specializing in addictive behaviors, I have gained knowledge and unique insights into many conditions including anxiety, depression, trauma, and bipolar disorder.
As a person in long-term recovery myself, I am well acquainted with the challenges associated with achieving and maintaining a sense of well-being on a daily basis. A lived experience in recovery has deepened my empathy, while allowing me to truly appreciate and embrace the many diverse paths from addiction, depression, anxiety, trauma, and other disorders.
