I specialize in working with individuals, couples, and families using systems, cognitive behavioral, solution focused, and other eclectic approaches. With couples, I use Gottman Couples Therapy, an approach that is based on empirical research from decades of research on thousands of couples.
I counsel those with issues ranging from depression, anxiety, stress, post traumatic stress disorder, obsessive and compulsive issues, anger, and interpersonal struggles.
