I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who works with individuals and couples to learn and practice strategies to address these difficult thoughts and feelings and do the things that matter to them. I help clients develop healthy responses to thoughts and feelings through using tools to address discomfort and pain while also clarifying what matters and finding ways to do things that lead towards a meaningful life.
I help clients address feelings of anxiety, depression, anger, grief, and loss; to better manage stress, achieve work-life balance, and examine substance use. I incorporate elements of behavioral, solution-focused, and family systems approaches to support wellness. I have worked as a hospital chaplain and hold an M.Div. in addition to my counseling degree.
