While some may imagine their therapy experience to consist of traditional questions such as “how does that make you feel?”, I consider myself more of a modern therapist in which I effectively assist individuals to develop skills and learn tools that help them to manage difficulties in life.
I understand that finding the right therapist can be extremely challenging therefore I place an emphasis on creating a safe space for my clients to grow, explore and express their emotions.
My approach has helped many overcome obstacles and improve their overall quality of life through the use of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Solution-Focused Therapy.
