As we get older and work towards becoming more successful, it can become harder to figure things out, while also staying true to ourselves and prioritizing our needs. Sometimes we just need a mirror to help us see what is working well for us, and to help us figure out what is next. Whether you are experiencing life transitions, work stress, relationship challenges, anxiety, imposter syndrome, depression, grief or other challenges-I am here to partner with you to help you live your best life.
I work with individuals 15+ who are ready to dive in and do the work. I don't believe that you need to wait until there is a problem in your life to see a therapist. I also don't believe that you need to be in therapy all of your life. I want to help you process and help you build the skills so that you can learn how to deal with life stressors on your own.
