I provide counseling to children and adolescents ages 10+ as well as adults. My focus includes trauma, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, family and other stressors related to trauma, attachment and general life adjustments. I am passionate about helping my clients find healing, offering a supportive space for their journey.

Change doesn't necessarily happen in 1-hour sessions, but during this time, I help my clients make sense of their world and make sense of the things that have happened around and to them. We then create strategies to process the past, cope with current stressors, and make small changes that turn into significant transformations.
