I am a licensed clinical therapist offering counseling services to children, adolescents, families, and individuals in Birmingham, Michigan. I also sees clients in both Michigan and New York virtually via a HIPAA compliant Teletherapy platform. I provide a safe, empathetic environment that invites open expression and exploration of thoughts and feelings so that meaningful changes are made.
I have extensive training and practice with cognitive, behavioral, interpersonal, and supportive therapies, and I practice with a focus on the strengths-based approach. Utilizing psychotherapy, sessions address adjustment issues, relationships, stress, familial discord, divorce, school and peer difficulties, parenting, anxiety, depression, and grief/ loss.
My hope is to help you feel heard, supported and empowered to create positive change. We will work collaboratively to build a strong relationship, ensuring your strengths are realized, stressors are managed, goals are achieved, and methods of facing future adversities are learned. Please contact me so we can discuss your goals together!
