Individually, I work with adult men. My primary goal is to develop a relationship and create an atmosphere in which you feel safe and comfortable to talk about anything. My role is to walk alongside you, support you, and provide you with resources during this part of your story. I incorporate concepts and skills relating to how you think, how you process and respond to stressors, and how you communicate in your primary relationships. I also work with couples using a hope-focused approach, which seeks to foster love and commitment, grow your emotional connection, and strengthen your relationship.
I provide Christian counseling, if requested. I work with individuals on anxiety and depression, trauma, substance use, and men’s issues, including: unhealthy behaviors/addictions, relationships, adjustments to life stressors, and perinatal issues. I work with couples on communicating, managing conflict, increasing connection, and healing from past hurts.
Away from work, I enjoy spending time with my wife/family being outdoors and active. We enjoy hiking, pickleball, exploring new areas, and learning to dance. We have four adult children and four adult pets.
