Are you dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship problems, or other challenges, such as social phobia, grief, or occupational or educational problems? Do you feel stuck in some way, unable to move forward with your life? Most people do at some point. I will join you in helping to understand these problems and in developing solutions. I am patient, focused, and genuine. I believe you can resolve issues once you confront them in a warm, supportive environment with compassionate and therapeutic feedback. I am nonjudgmental and objective, with a positive and encouraging style. I’m happy to accommodate you in person or remotely.

I have been in practice for over 26 years as a licensed psychologist. I have a great deal of experience in many settings, such as schools, and I work with adults, adolescents, and children. I tailor my techniques and methods to match the needs of those in front of me. I am a clinical professor at a major university where I supervise and teach Ph.D. students.
