Tired of feeling stressed, overwhelmed and unmotivated? Do you find yourself struggling to make time for yourself? The women that I work with often have full schedules with work, family, children, school and everything else, with very little time to prioritize their own health and well-being. They are typically in need of better coping strategies to help manage their symptoms of anxiety, stress and depression. Their goals are usually to feel mentally, emotionally and physically stronger to allow them to feel more confident and focused in their day to day life.
My clinical therapy and fitness background allow me to creatively treat issues related to both mind and body. My education and training on the connection between mental and physical health inform the work I do with my clients. To make getting help more accessible, I offer primarily online appointments through the use of a secure platform.
I understand how difficult it can be to make yourself a priority, but I have also seen just how beneficial it can be for the women that I work with. If you are thinking that it might be time to make some changes, I would love to help you create goals and make progress towards them.
