I use a personalized approach combining evidence-based interventions and modalities from Person-Centered, Cognitive Behavioral, Multicultural, Solution Focused therapies and more to help people working through issues like conflict resolution, anxiety, depression, grief, self-esteem, parenting issues, trauma, communication skills, life transitions and more.
