I have had the privilege of working with individuals and organizations from around the world. Working with and serving people of different ages, nationalities, races and ethnicities, cultures, religions, as well as gender and sexual identities has been central to both my personal and professional development. Working in a way that is culturally competent and responsive is an important priority. My interests as a therapist include surviving academia (which is the subject of my forthcoming dissertation), grief and loss, life transitions, and trauma.
I use an approach that is individualized to the client, holistic, and strengths based. I believe counseling is a uniquely creative process. With playfulness and warm encouragement, I create space for clients to bring forth their creativity and wisdom

We are a woman-owned, trauma-informed psychotherapy practice based in Austin, Texas. We met in our final year of training to be licensed psychologists and were quickly drawn to each other as friends. Over the years, we have had many conversations about what drew us to the psychology profession, what we wanted to create, and what we hope to give back. Thus, Ritual Wellness ATX was born out of a shared vision among friends to create a different way of doing therapy.
