Hi, I’m Brenna and my pronouns are she/her. I am really passionate about helping Latinx, neurodivergent, and queer kids, teens, and adults navigate their identities, set boundaries, improve parent/child relationships, and heal their inner child. My goal is to guide you through your healing journey, while ensuring you feel safe in sharing your story in an inclusive and holistic environment. I have helped clients through a variety of personal challenges, such as ADHD, autism, anxiety, depression, generational trauma, grief/loss, identity, family/relationship dynamics, and life transitions.
I pride myself in meeting my clients where they are at. That being said, I want to tailor your therapy experience to best fit your needs. Some of the techniques I tend to use are: person-centered, dialectical behavioral therapy, internal family systems, play therapy, mindfulness, art therapy, and trauma-informed approaches.
