I have over 30 years of experience working with people of all ages and with various concerns. My sessions are professional but practical. My background also includes working with individuals and their families who are struggling with addictions. My treatment approaches include CBT, Person-centered, strength based, faith based and compassion focused.
I want to offer hope and to be the additional support needed during difficult times. I start our time together by finding out where the most support is needed and discuss positive options and use various resources.
