In addition to private practice, Mrs. Ramsey is a Certified Facilitator with Life Skills International. The Life Skills Program, developed by Dr. Paul Hegstrom, has been transforming lives for over thirty years. Life Skills teaches us how to overcome arrested development, caused by trauma bringing healing, restoration, and maturity.

Pastoral counseling ministers to the whole person: spirit, soul, and body. Pastoral counseling uses ethical counseling techniques in combination with biblical principles, and believes the Bible is the final standard of authority for the counselor. A belief that God is the one who ultimately brings about healing in our lives, and relationship with Jesus is the key to restoration. A foundational counseling technique used by Head to Heart Restoration Ministry is helping the person being counseled understand how they are uniquely created by God through the use of Temperament Therapy.
